  Log onto a secure benefits web site and estimate your retirement income based on personal data on file with the company, the provisions of the applicable retirement plan, and input and assumptions provided by the employee.

• Service Providers
  Find doctors and other health care providers by geographic area who are in your plan.
  
  
• Personal Benefits Review
  Log onto the secure Benefits Web site and access your benefits personal home page. Then, under "Managing Your Benefit Plans," select "Confirmation Statement."
  
  
• Beneficiary Review or Change
  Log onto the secure Benefits Web site and access your benefits personal home page. Then from the menu bar on the left side of your personal home page, select "Beneficiary Designation." Follow instructions on the beneficiary screens to name or change one or more beneficiaries for plans that require a beneficiary.
  
  
• Dependent Change
  Change your elections (only if you have a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, adoption, birth of a child, change in dependent's student status, death of a dependent or change in your spouse's other insurance coverage).
  
  Log onto the secure Benefits Web site and access your benefits personal home page. Then click on the link to the Life Event transactions. Choose the event that applies to you and follow instructions to complete the screens.

  TravelNet, Worldwide Travel Assistance Program, is a 24-hour support service, providing emergency assistance to employees during personal travel. All full-time employees covered under the basic Life and Accident plan, but not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, are eligible.
